Refund policy

Return requests are accepted for the first 3 days after delivery.

No refunds, all returns are processed for store credit. 

Valid Return Reasons: Item is damaged OR Wrong Item was sent

To request a return, please contact shoptlclimited@gmail.com with your order
number, a picture of the item received, and reason for return. You will be notified if the return is approved + provided a return address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please supply us with an email of tracking info on return.

Once return is fully processed, you will be issued a store credit gift card through email.

Please note, all items must have sales tag attached and be free of stains, perfume,
and makeup.

"Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns.

Returns are typically processed within 7 business days.
